2️⃣ Gold Package — $1,774 (includes $499 travel fee)
Full cinematic filming of the entire exterior PLUS up to 3 interior rooms or spaces of your choice
Ideal for: Boutique luxury homes or listings where a few key rooms define the experience.
Best suited for showcasing signature spaces — like a designer kitchen, elegant living area, and primary suite — alongside captivating exterior footage. A balanced, polished tour that captures the essence of your listing with sophistication.
3️⃣ Diamond Package — $2,974 (includes $499 travel fee)
Full cinematic filming of the entire exterior PLUS up to 7 interior rooms or spaces of your choice
Ideal for: Expansive luxury homes with multiple feature rooms and unique design details.
This option offers the flexibility to capture the full story of the property — from grand entrances and gourmet kitchens to spa baths and entertainment areas — all presented with seamless flow and cinematic depth.
4️⃣ Crown Jewel Package — $4,374 (includes $499 travel fee)
Full cinematic filming of the entire exterior PLUS up to 10 interior rooms or spaces of your choice
Ideal for: Estate-level properties with extensive interiors and multiple lifestyle zones.
Designed for premium listings that deserve comprehensive coverage — from the main living spaces to amenities like wine cellars, home theaters, or private wellness suites. Every angle is captured with care, sophistication, and cinematic storytelling.
➕ Need to Film Even More Areas?
Each package (except the Rose Package) includes a set number of interior rooms or spaces.
But, if you’d like us to capture more than what’s included in any of the packages (including the Rose Package), then you can have us film as many spaces as you'd like by selecting the "Additional Areas" Add-On (for $375 per additional space).
Examples:
You purchased the exterior-only (Rose) package, and want 1 interior room filmed → 1 additional area = +$375
You purchased the 3-room (Gold) package, but want 5 rooms filmed → 2 additional areas = +$750
You purchased the 7-room (Diamond) package, but want 8 rooms filmed → 1 additional area = +$375
You purchased the 10-room (Crown Jewel) package, but want 14 rooms filmed → 4 additional areas = +$1,500

To provide a seamless, high-end video experience across the 48 mainland U.S. states, a flat travel fee of $499 is applied to all packages (it's already included in the above pricing). This fee covers all travel logistics — including transportation of professional-grade equipment, time on the road (or in transit), and coordination to ensure we arrive ready to capture your property at its absolute best.
By standardizing this fee, we can consistently deliver luxury-quality video production no matter where your listing is located, without compromising on the attention to detail, equipment, or expertise that your expect (and deserve).
In short: this fee allows us to focus entirely on capturing your property beautifully and efficiently, while you enjoy the convenience of a predictable, all-inclusive cost.

All four of the following packages include two complimentary rounds of revisions, providing ample opportunity to fine-tune your film to perfection. Should you desire additional refinements beyond the included two, further revisions are available at $200 each.
