Q: Do you provide raw footage?
A: We are committed to delivering a seamless, luxurious presentation of your listing. For this reason, we only provide fully edited, professional videos—raw footage is not included, as it cannot capture the polish, immersive storytelling, and refined perspective that your property deserves.
Q: Can I get my video in social media-friendly formats?
A: Absolutely. If you’d like additional videos optimized for Instagram and/or TikTok, then we can create them for an added fee. Your standard video tour package (Rose, Gold, Diamond, or Crown Jewel) already includes a landscape video that is perfect for your website, YouTube, and other platforms.
